From July to September, an experienced glacier guide at the Tuxertal ski school will accompany you on an exploration tour of the Hintertux Glacier on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

On a spectacular altitude of 3,250m you will learn more about the surrounding mountains and can enjoy a breath-taking view. You hike across glacier ice, which is thousands of years old, past majestic, turquoise-blue debacles and will learn interesting things about the emergence and the structure of our glacier.

After about one hour you will conveniently get back to your starting point with the chairlift. Don’t forget to wear proper footwear and a jacket!
